Not sure OP if you have made your decision yet but there are lots of preschools in the area (as you know).  If you haven't checked on Rock Spring Children Center I would encourage you to go on one of the tours.  Also, I have also known families that have gone to the YMCA-Arylawn (which is close to BCDS) and have been okay with it.
