Is there some particular bit of information you needed her to share with you? Realistically, people are only going to tune in to a message like that for a few minutes before they get bored and move on, so it's important to condense it down to the information you most need to relay. That's just Communications 101. In this case, that is information on what people should and should not be doing during the storm. The district will keep doing what it's going, regardless of whether they've told the public in that particular release or not.[/quote]
