Thank you PP. That sounds exactly like my situation. Is there another reason why you went to IVF? I'm hoping IUI is enough meds and monitoring for us. We don't have sperm issues. I do have irregular cycles likely caused by these imbalances. Sometimes 28 days but mostly 32-35 with occasionally like 1 time a year being 50-60 days.
I'm the PP. I was successful through IUI's but had 2 miscarriages and a few chemical pregnancies. I was able to get pregnant easily but not sustain it. My RE suggested IVF because she thought it could be an egg quality issue (I'm also AMA). I think acupuncture could help with your cycles. I would go to the endo now to see about Hasimoto's and if medication is needed. I discovered mine while I was pregnant and my Dr. does not want to medicate me since my TSH and T4 levels are normal during this pregnancy (though my anti thyroglobin was the one that was slightly elevated during initial testing). I would definitely take the Vit D supplement and think about CoQ10/Ubiquinol as well and of course the prenatal. For the anemia, start eating eggs, bison meat, liver, bone broth, spinach - stuff like that. It took a bit but my D and anemia are in check.
