So I am trying to build my confidence on this as much as possible.  I mean, if I really wasn't a possibility they would not have encouraged me to apply, right?  They could have easily left it at them rewriting the job and me no longer being a candidate.[/quote]

Sometimes you just gotta fake it till you make it broheim. You certainly won't look out of place in this town. Inflated egos and false senses of importance abound. Trade up and collect the bigger paycheck you're entitled to.[/quote]
