The admissions "office" was one person. Generally she was very responsive but I wouldn't be surprised if something fell through the cracks every once in a while. Try calling the main office or the head of school's office about the tour. Or as someone else suggested, post the school here and I'm sure someone will be able to help you out. Don't assume they are personally dissing you, or that they don't want you at the school. It's more likely just an oversight of one overworked, underpaid person.[/quote]
