Jabari Dean, 21, was arrested for allegedly threatening to murder University of Chicago students and staff, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois announced Monday. Dean, of Chicago, has been charged with transmitting a threat in interstate commerce.

Dean allegedly wrote a social media post over Thanksgiving weekend in which he stated “that he would execute approximately sixteen students or staff members on the campus quad” Monday, according to the prosecutor’s office, which cited a complaint and affidavit filed in court.

The post also read that Dean would die “killing any number of white policeman I can in the process,” according to the complaint, the prosecutor’s office said.[/quote]

I'd say he's pretty crazy.
