They still haven't been addressed. (And the statistics regarding sexual harassment of women in the military -- and assault -- are staggering, so it is definitely a deterrent.) I don't see why a disparate impact legal challenge hasn't been brought up. It definitely adversely affects women and LGBT. [/quote]
