Op, it sounds like you don't have much in common any more. My guess is your sister realizes you don't like her dh and is backing away from you. I would do the same. You are assuming she isn't thinking for herself anymore. She may completely agree with her dh's views and not yours. If you want a relationship you should address her directly. "Hey sis, I've been thinking about you and missing you" is a good start. Ask if her if she;s ok with you or if you offended her. [/quote]
