She always does her homework on every issue. The Republicans out here seem to think that if you say "waste at Gatehouse" enough times, it signifies good governance. They seem to have no other platform to run on, really. They're just reflexively anti-tax, and so they go with the obvious tactic of pointing the finger at "waste."
