show her the level correlation chart: https://www.readinga-z.com/learninga-z-levels/level-correlation-chart/  Maybe that will help her understand the difference--explain that her school uses F&P, so they will be different.  It looks like RAZ level P is actually an F&P M, so Mrs. X. is really pushing her ;)
