That seems to defeat the purpose, no?[/quote] There are mechanical aspects to that IQ test that can be prepped for like familiarizing with format, type of questions, duration, directions, etc. Once the mechanical aspects are sufficiently familiar, the actual IQ drives the answers to the questions. An individual with high IQ may perform badly if they struggle with the mechanical aspects. [/quote]
