Could totally be overly sensitive, rough time with an extended sinus infection and broken sleep, just don't like people who start a post with "no dear". I need thicker skin on that or to do more yoga. I was a bit concerned with the 'not fresh' look. We plan to put it on the market in late January as we need to close in late March. We are starting with the spare rooms (office and spare bedroom) that are not used and will do the rest over the New Years break when the kids are out of town. Thanks for all the advice in this!!
