If someone wanted a cup they had to pay for it. If we were short at the end of the night we were written up. The issue is with the corporation or management. It was the same when I was working concessions, because that's how they tracked how much soda they sold.  Of course this was a-way back in the day when we had registers where you punched in every price by hand.  Now you put in the items, not the price, so it seems hard to believe that they would inventory that way any more.

But anyway.  I think it's pretty obvious that this is not acceptable, OP, so if you are just looking for people to tsk-tsk along with you.... okay.[/quote]
