I thought I was clear. I want a better system that aids more people and makes it easier to access. With better information about all that is available to assist someone. Instead of bureaucracy on top of bureaucracy I feel a more streamlined system would benefit people better. [/quote]

Where did I say a lot of people were cheating the system? Where did you get that assumption from? I said it[i] migh[/i]t cut down on some fraud. Out of all I said about it, you are stuck on that?

I am far more concerned with someone not knowing where to go for help, all the help that is available or knowing how and where to access charitable help outside and along with government assistance. I also think other frivolous government spending should be funneled towards helping the homeless. I have worked with nonprofits and shelters dedicated to this since I was a teen and not enough is being done. No real help is out there to remedy the real problem a person who is homeless faces.
