Winters are brutal...you require a garage.  I can't tell you how many times I had to dig out my car, heat up the locks/doors with a hair dryer, and scrape my windshield.

As someone who has moved from city to city fairly often, I know that the allure of a new place can be overwhelming...especially if you've been in DC for 10 years.  But if you've got a good thing going here, I wouldn't do it.  [/quote]
