There is a Ragnar relay coming up 2-3 October starting in Cumberland, MD and ending in DC.  We have a team of moms and dads from the NOVA are and NoMD area. Don't worry about your running time either.  We have everything from an ultramarathoner to someone who's only completed a 5k and will be jog/walking it.  Even a power walker would be fine![/quote]
