Please....[/quote] That was me. Maybe they were nice because I was nice to them. Perhaps you have a different experience with people? Hmm... They were polite, empathetic, confident, inclusive, sweet, generous and funny. If I had to move to a new community, I'd like to land in one like that. My kids got to know some of the students from community things like the pool, camp and sports. The Chesterbrook kids were very friendly and helped my kids to meet others right away. Since the OP was concerned about her child adjusting, I'd say, jump in. No reason why you should not expect the experience to be a great one. [/quote]
