I am not sure what this means. (Plus -- hi, Blair troll! Is the Blair principal's Twitter account no longer keeping you busy?)

However, the overall pass rates at Blair for 11th grade are 93.9 (algebra) 92.7 (biology), 93.3 (English), and 81.7 (government), compared to the pass rates for black students at Blair for 11th grade of 89.4 (algebra), 87.0 (biology), 88.1 (English), and 76.5 (government). So:

1. the vast majority of black students in 11th grade did pass
2. the overall pass rates are very similar to the pass rates for black students

The pass rates for overall and black students for 11th grade at Churchill are [u]>[/u]95.0, [u]>[/u]95.0, [u]>[/u]95.0, 90.5 (hey, basically the same as RM! how about that!) and 91.7, 70.4, 80.8, 69.6 (worse than Blair, worse than RM).
