13:54 back to say that it drives me crazy when younger students get a cursory talk about hygiene at school. It's always the same, "shower daily" and maybe, there's a mention of deodorant. That's insufficient. You can't shower the night before and then get dressed and roll into work. Sorry, most adults can't and shouldn't. Shower and hair washed in a.m., use deodorant and wear head-to-toe clean clothes. At the very least with dry clean only clothes, air out and make sure they haven't held odors.
sure you can. wash face, brush teeth, apply deodorant and clean underwear and clothes. go ahead, flame away.
PP quoted and I should have clarified hat of course, there are exceptions. I've done it myself. However, I am middle aged, female and going through menopause so I am sweaty at night. I am compelled to take a fast, cool shower in the a.m. And, I'll be honest, if this is your routine to only ever shower the night before, then at let have the courtesy to make certain that your hair is clean and that you smell fresh. I am cursed with a keen sense of smell and let's just say that I know who in my office showers the night before or has skipped, entirely. Also, I have a teen DD with such oily hair and skin that washing her hair at night is insufficient. Her hair will be a greasy mess by mid day.
