If you want perspective, go to psychotherapy, with someone qualified to do that. Life coaches are not.[/quote] Life coaches have certifications, like physical trainers. Just because someone doesn't have formal education in terms of a degree doesn't mean they are automatically bad at their job. Obviously go to a GOOD life coach. [/quote]
