We need:
New siding: currently have 30+-year-old vinyl over original clapboard. Somewhat interested in at least preliminarily investigating removing siding and restoring clapboard. If anyone has done this I would love to hear about it. Alternatively, will be removing the vinyl and installing hardiplank or similar fiber cement siding.

Windows: 24 windows - We have the crappiest builder-grade vinyl windows you can imagine, installed at the same time as the siding, all need to be replaced. We are on a semi-busy street very close to a much busier street, so would need at least double-pane on at least some of these. Looking for good windows which will jive with the age of the house and last forever, we are never leaving this house.

Front porch: needs the original wood floor redone and stairs rebuilt.

I know all of this is going to cost at least $60K, so numbers for projects like this if you have them would be helpful also. 2400 square-feet, 3 stories above grade.
