$15k for some other extras - built ins, or a sly light, or replacing some windows etc - stuff that as you're going along, you realize would be money well spent given how much the rest of the Reno costs. [/quote]

These numbers look right to me with the kitchen being somewhat low.  For high end I'd add another 15k at least.  [/quote]
