[/quote] We did almost the exact same thing as this PP (I guess the OP's option 3), except induction instead of gas (we don't have a gas line to our house, otherwise that would have been my choice). Loving the Advantium- I use it for most oven (conduction cooking) stuff, although I haven't really used it for Speed Cook yet- mainly because I need to read the instructions!! First time having a warmer too, which is also awesome. [/quote]
