Quite the opposite, I was happy and excited to get the email because I am eager to get an in-house job, especially for a company so close to my house. I honestly don't know how the process works. I suspect they are just doing online searches based on a few key words and sending out emails without reviewing profiles. Its my view that now days, you need to have EVERYTHING they are looking at to even be considered. In the past companies seemed to be more willing to consider someone smart and hardworking that does not have all of the required experience. [/quote]
