He is never truthful with me so I have no idea what to believe. He also lost his house to foreclosure that he said he had no idea was happening and that they sold it for $180000 more than he owed so he needs a lawyer to retrieve the overage from the mortgage company that is holding his money.

He also said that the mortgage company is contacting all his past debts and paying them out of the overages without his permission. I have allowed him to live with my husband and I for months now but am at a breaking point with the lying. He recuse to work and now says there's no point in getting a job because his wges will be taken immediately. What is the actual procedure for doing these things? Is he full of it??[/quote]
