My best friend has a bedroom set from costco. She loves it. Has had it for over a year. Quality is good.
Disagree. We ordered a bedroom set for the kids' room. The delivery guys dropped the boxes on the driveway. Then when they went to assemble the bed frames there were a ton of noticeable scratches. So we rejected delivery, called, re-ordered, re- scheduled, etc Such a pain. the 2nd time around the furniture still arrived banged up. It included this useless "paint marker" to cover up chips and scratches. The paint marker was the wrong shade of white though. By this time, we had waited nearly 2 mo so we just accepted it move on. We also had a dining room table ordered/delivered (before we knew how much of a hassle the bedroom set would be) and that was messed up too. Only 7 of 8 chairs were shipped despite the invoice clearly stating 8 chairs. Then 1 of the chairs had a cushion that was misaligned with the seat frame. Again, we had to deal with the hassles of calling, rescheduling, etc. For what we paid and all the time it took it just was not worth it.
