It's definitely helpful when a family can educated as a whole on how to eat right, especially kidney related ailments can be tough. I found this guide on eating out from the kidney foundation that might be helpful: https://www.kidney.org/sites/default/files/11-10-0405_diningout.pdf Since she's 12, she's going to need learn what she can eat and ideally how to prepare foods.
