OP - Sorry to hijack your thread, but I have a similar question. I'm 34, DS just turned 2, and my husband and I have been TTC for the past nine months. We just started formally charting this month, and now I can see why we haven't gotten pregnant. I've been getting terrible migraines around Day 21, then heavy spotting 3-5 days later, then the regular period about 7 days after the migraine. Turns out the migraine follows six days of on-and-off eggwhite and coincides with a slow thermal shift. I ovulate much later than I thought (around Day 19), and my luteal phase is only 6-9 days. Now that I have this data, who do I go to for help?
The bedroom. Now you know when you're ovulating! Try to get it done during your window. If it doesn't happen in 3-6 months then make an appointment with an RE. There are a lot of options (everything from heavy monitoring to triggering and what not)
