Some are even actually kind of repulsed by the idea of spending THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS on something so tiny. I'd rather go on a few really great vacations, or put it towards a house. I completely don't understand engagement rings, let alone expensive engagement rings. But some people care very, very much about them. This is something you should maybe privately bring up to those closest to her and ask for advice, as none of us know your girlfriend. [/quote]
