[/quote] You need at least 1.6 million to get a decent house in Springhill vs 1 to 1.3 in Westgate or shrevewood. Cooper and langley will also get more crowded as the area expand and mclean students are moved to langley. AP is the same as IB and actually seen by universities as more of an achievement if you take the ib diploma route. All universities except ib and ap the same.[/quote]
