The running joke when it comes to PG, don't live anywhere that have some type of elevation in it's name, ie. Capital HEIGHTS, District HEIGHTS, HILLcrest HEIGHTS, Temple HILLS, Marlow HEIGHTS.....you get the picture.

There are some nice areas in Fort Washington, Upper Marlboro, Bowie, Greenbelt, Brandywine, Laurel, etc.

University Park and the Historic and Arts Districts of Hyattsville are inside the beltway and awesome! There is a new Whole Foods, Bus Boys, Yes! Organic, Franklin's, Pizza Paridiso going up, and Vigilante Coffee. [/quote]

And I don't disagree with you, like I said there are pockets where you find nice areas inside the beltway unfortunately many are surrounded by some bad ones.[/quote]
