So what kinds of repairs, updates, and replacements have you had in your home, and at what year?  Do you do any regular maintenance every month or quarter?[/quote]

Standard HVAC Maintenance replace Air Filter every 2-3 months.

For HE Laundry Washer and Dishwasher should be cleaned every 1-2 months with cleaning tablet.[/quote]
