[/quote] Isn't the swing space cost covered in the capital budget? And the point is the swing space is built/being built for Lafayette next fall. Question is whether to keep it intact for another year or so and have Murch use it. As a taxpayer without kids at Murch or Lafayette the common sense of this idea appeals to me. [/quote]
