People in CoHi, Logan, and Dupont have known high levels of street and residential crime for a long time. They are accustomed to it and experienced with it. Places like Woodley, Spring Valley, Tenleytown, Chevy Chase, and Bethesda are largely crime-free and thus the residents are more likely to be complacent. Complacency makes it easy for criminals.[/quote]
