West has a dedicated play space and playground equipment for PreK as well that is right outside their classroom door. West is also very close to us (a 2-minute drive). If not for the location and outdoor space we would have totally stayed at SS though. It's a good school and I love the Montessori education. I'm going to try to keep up components of Montessori at home and we discussed with the West teachers the ways that they support independent/child-led learning in the classroom which made us feel more comfortable with it.
