When we started putting everything together, they were offering a deal to everyone for a free finished basement, or a credit for the value of the basement applied to your project if you didn't plan to finish the basement. The % discount we had to negotiate on our own, and they were willing to do it because we were getting to the end of the fiscal year and they really wanted to get our project on the books for that fiscal year instead of having the contract roll over into the new year.
