It's entirely possible that they have older children, or maybe OP and her husband want to go because THEY'VE never gone before. OP ignore. That said, summer time is an insane time to go. It is incredibly hot and crowded. I would wait until October/November or March/February. Google "tips for Disneyworld" or "Disneyland," and you'll get a lot of advice sites, including some that have calendars that show what days are the most crowded in the year. As for a separate seat, I was pretty comfortable traveling with my babies on my lap until they hit about a year old. For a 3-month old, I would put them in a Moby or another soft carrier with no straps or buckles to dig into you. It also gives you a built-in nursing cover. [/quote]
