They have a specific diet plan. The meetings are free and there are lots in DC and MD. If you are interested, give it a try. It's not for everyone, but it worked well for me. I found that the best part of the program was all the support from other people who had also successfully lost the weight and were keeping it off for years at a time.[/quote]
