Jail time. Firings all around. Quite the mess. [/quote] Those teachers received financial bonuses for test scores so they were charged with racketeering. Schools in VA don't give bonuses, so that charge wouldn't apply. A teacher shouldn't go to jail for helping out on an SOL. Fired and loss of license would be plenty. [/quote]
