It depends on the club and whether it's truly a developmental soccer club or whether the club just wants the best of the best (kinda already developed) kids.  For example, I know it is very, very difficult to make the team for Potomac Soccer Club so that club might be one to avoid if dealing with rejection will be tough.[/quote]
