Right now, there are no issues (too young), but it won't be long before there are opportunities.

There is no give and take in the relationships DC has with the two friends, for the most part. I am reluctant to give examples, because I do not want my concerns pigeonholed to one or two examples. (Plus, any exempts would not be congruent).  I know that the (2) friends have tried to keep other friends away from DC.  There is a ton of jealousy, and telling DC what DC can and can not do; trying to take more than usual.  Very worrisome.   I have tried modeling and explaining, but DC takes it as criticism.  I have tried explaining what a good friend is (and does!), but I feel like it is falling on deaf ears.

Has anyone BTDT; and possibly has useful advice (not criticism, thank you)?
