You're basically saying that it's ok for Bailey's to ignore the advanced students because they are in an underperforming school. So basically a poor kid who's smart gets a lower quality of education than a smart kid from a more affluent FCPS school. While that is in fact what FCPS has decided, it sucks for the kids who are affected. [/quote]
