I think this is a reasonable guideline for young women or women with small frames, not really for most older or postpartum women. We don't know how old OP is or what her pre-pregnancy weight was, but in my view if she's in her mid-30s and has an average frame, 125 is on the small side of "ideal" and may just be extremely difficult to attain without a very strict diet. I think we both agree she could get down to 125 with diet, but it's awfully hard if your body's ideal healthy weight is 5-10 lbs more and your body is fighting you.[/quote]
