There are lots of kids in my kid's grade with behavior plans and charts and the teachers in both the English and target language classrooms don't have an issue implementing them. Keep after them and put the behavior plan and goals into the IEP. The behavior plans makes everyone's life a lot easier so it's puzzling why the teachers are not using it.[/quote]
