I always left his foreskin alone when he was growing up, and I have never even spoken to him about it.

I asked DS how long his penis had been like that and he said he didn't know. I asked him if it was sore and he said it's not.

His foreskin definitely hasn't stayed retracted back all the way, and I don't know if he can do that yet.

I have absolutely no experience with uncircumcised penises, so this may be a silly question, but is it normal for the foreskin to get shorter like this? Has this happened with anyone with uncircumcised boys?
