Any inspector that dismisses it as a possibility needs to be informed. And he/she shouldn't be [i]totally[/i] blamed...after all even the EPA just lists "popcorn ceilings, acoustic tiles, floor tile, mastic, siding, and pipe insulation" as basically the only types to be found in a home. No run-of-the-mill plaster walls. As much as anyone of us think we know, we're all still learning.[/quote]
