She lied directly to the teachers and the social worker. She knew her daughter wasn't in class and continued to cover up for Tatum. That alone is neglect. Whats terrifying is that she is still trying to get custody back of her other kids. The only thing that would have saved these kids is if a social worker could have terminated her rights when the kids were toddlers. Maybe they would have had a better chance to get adopted while young and before major issues took hold. [/quote]
