If you can do that, you are doing something for your body, and the more you do it, the easier it will be, and you'll find yourself sneaking two or more 10 minute workouts into your day every day. Even 10 minutes 3 times a week will begin to see results in your fitness. Not huge results, but you'll see improvements. As many PPs (except the one quoted above) have said, something is better than nothing. Keep at it, OP! [/quote]
