We didn't have concerns along these lines about KTS and believe me we did a lot of grilling and in-person monitoring. I don't want to rely on imprecise memory but my recollection is that there was a guy about whom there had been complaints at a previous school and when KTS learned about them they fired him. I don't have any basis for alleging that any information was withheld from other authorities. [/quote]
