5. Will you give your kid a monthly allowance?  [b]Not planning on it, but if  -after a valiant attempt a summer employment fails- we will give some spending money for freshman year. DC is not a spender, so I don't think it would be too much. No car. [/b]

6. Do you expect your kid to have a PT gig during school (and over the summer)? [b]Over the summer, yes- not during school.  he plans to co-op- so after sophomore year it will be different. [/b]
